Chief Executive Officer: Mark Cave, BA Hons.,

Mr. Cave was educated in England at Stowe School, Buckinghamshire, thereafter attending Nottingham University. Mr. Cave's business career started at Lloyd's Insurance market in the City of London as a broker specializing in semi-submersible oil rig coverage at Sedgwick Forbes Bland Payne. He then entered the investment banking industry in 1982, becoming a 'market maker' in the European bond market within one month of recruitment by CCF (Credit Commercial de France). Mr. Cave developed a career as a sought-after bond trader, building early financial independence, which allowed him to travel the world before choosing his next direction, after retiring from the bond market in 1988. Arriving in the United States in 1990, he founded the company that is now known as eBridge Inc. Mr. Cave's business and marketing experiences inspired him to look for better methods to deliver services to consumers, leading to the development of the company's Internet-based platforms in early 1997 - still the core components of eBridge's operations today. Mr. Cave sets the strategy for the company and is actively engaged in all new product developments. His passions are his wife, his children, and EBridge.

President & Chief Marketing Officer: David Harris

Mr. Harris was the Managing Director of The Four Seasons Group, an international importer of products and services from the Far East. He developed an extensive sales network throughout Europe and North America. The business was successfully sold to a Hong Kong consortium. His credits also include Founder of Private Stock, a division of Campari PLC. He was responsible for sales, marketing and production throughout Europe and the USA. He received the accolade from the board, as reported in the company AGM of 1988, of being personally responsible for Campari's increase in share value. Most recently, Mr. Harris completed a consultancy contract with Pepkor SA, who is amongst the most successful conglomerates in South Africa, spanning Banking, Manufacturing and Retailing. The appointment was based on his reputation of understanding "internal motivation," "what the customer wants" and "how to deliver it," together with the knowledge of the infrastructure required to perform. The specific brief was to take the company from its historically domestic base into the international arena. This was achieved through a combination of acquisitions, sales/marketing, and re-training personnel.

Chief Financial Officer: Hany Demian, BA.

Mr. Demian attained a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, (Accounting Division) from Cairo University in 1988 and has now passed all of his CPA examinations. Mr. Demian gained extensive experience with accounting while working in France from 1993 to 1998, providing services to major international companies. After moving to the United States, Mr. Demian joined eBridge's team in 1998. As eBridge's controller, Hany is responsible for all financial operations, collections and Accounting records management.

Vice President, Operations: James Stockman, BA.

Jim Stockman has a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Information Management. Jim is a Senior Manager with progressive experience in Service, Manufacturing, Wholesale, and Retail industries. He specializes in process management and possesses strong organizational skills used to restructure procedures and implement policies that increase both efficiency and customer satisfaction. He has considerable experience as a small business consultant, working with a franchise organization that has offices in the U.S. and Canada, as well as running his own consulting company. This gives him a unique insight into the needs and demands of an entrepreneurial environment. Jim was the General Manager of a regional Internet Service Provider in Southern California from the mid '90s, until he negotiated and executed its sale and successful transition to EarthLink in 2002. In the early '90s Jim worked at the largest manufacturer of karat gold jewelry in the United States. As Manager of Sales Support, he coordinated and managed all support personnel in sales department, including sales analysis, customer service, training, and technical support.

Director, Client Relations: Ivan Paladines.

Mr. Paladines brings more than 12 years of experience in developing, managing and mentoring sales and customer service teams of all sales. A true 'team player,' Mr. Paladines holds certifications in sales management and has received numerous achievement awards in his career, recently receiving personal recognition from the U.S. government for his business performance at eBridge. Ivan's experience in recruiting and building successful sales and customer service teams has been put to good use: While at EBridge he has trained, and now manages hundreds of sales agents, supervisors and account managers tasked with communicating the benefits of Internet marketing in California, the Philippines and West Africa.
